Job Title: MO1227359 - Warranty Processing Supervisor
Job Description: This part time position will be responsible for the daily interaction with Dealers, Distributors, Territory Customer Support Managers, and Dealer Technical Information Center. This includes addressing individual claims processing problems, answering policy related questions, gathering information, and administering special allowance claims. Requirements: Warranty claims processing experience or experience with dealers or as a service writer, etc required - Experienced with following processes and procedures and policy interpretation. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills required - Knowledge of Dealer/Distributor channels preferred - Knowledge of customer products, parts, and services preferred but not required- Knowledge of Computer systems, ideally including systems used at customer preferred. Additional Comments: The position is part time 30 hours per week. Manager is flexible, 3-5 days/week - 6-8 hours per day. First shift -F. Business casual dress code | ||||||
